As a vendor of Relaxo Footwears Ltd. (RFL), I/ we understand and agree that:

The personal information is gathered by the RFL under the authority of company vendor relationship. The RFL will receive documents from me/us and collect personal information related to me/ us for the exclusive purpose of maintaining vendor records, purchase orders & invoices and to comply with local laws and regulations.

My/ our personal information may include my/our vendor agreement comprising personal information, supporting or other documents, including my PAN no., Other companies/firms associated with me/us, GST No, and any other information as required by the RFL.

I/ we understand that RFL will only collect, use, disclose and retain my/ our personal information as required for smooth functioning of business and/or as required by local regulations, wherever applicable.

I/ we hereby confirm and declare that I/ we have no objection if the RFL share my/our personal information with any person, company, firm or government authority(ies) in normal course of business or under the obligation of law of land.

RFL has provided a link https://www.relaxofootwear.com/Privacy-policy to its private policy. In this policy I/we will be able to access the compliance & data protection laws of the land. I/we can find here to send request to RFL to correct any inaccuracies or restrict processing of any data.

RFL has informed that I/we can contact grievance officer Mr. Ajay Tyagi at ajaytyagi@relaxofootwear.com for any modification/correction required to the information or to withdraw my/our consent to provide sensitive personal data or information.

I/we have provided my consent to RFL to store my/our personal data or information for the aforementioned purpose and agree to abide by the policies of RFL.
